Hi I did review your concern,
Your semen analysis is indicative of active bacterial infection of testis also known as orchitis.
If the infection is treated with antibiotics after proper diagnosis of causative agent then there are fair chances of reverting back the sperm count and becoming father again.
However, i would recommend consulting a doctor and starting antibiotic therapy after proper examination and investigation in form culture and senstivity of the semen as well as any genital lesion if present. generally bacterial orchitis is caused by syphilis, gonorrhea or tuberculosis as common agents.
The antibiotics to be started depend on what kind of infection it is. example is penicillin for syphilis and ceftriaxone for gonorrhea.

I hope this helps
wish you all the best
